My name is Amy and I am a postgraduate student at the Courtauld Institute of Art in London. I am also Books Editor of the Courtauldian newspaper and a part-time librarian.
I have worked across the arts in various capacities and have seen how inaccessible knowledge and collections can be. I like writing about culture in an accessible way that I hope will help people to feel less daunted by looking round a museum or gallery, or opening a book.
When I’m not reading or writing, I’m smothering my dog with love or wishing my overactive imagination didn’t make reality so disappointing.
I wrote a column for the The Tab Montreal and have contributed content to Artfinder in the past. You can also find the odd article in Braw. I kept a blog whilst living in Montreal which you can read here.
